January 04, 2007 Happy New Year! Things are really starting to become interesting this first week of 2007. With the FAA scrambling to come up with an explanation of the O'Hare Airport sightings in Chicago, Illinois in early November 2006. United Airline employees that witnessed this sighting should "stick to their guns", until they get an honest investigation on the UFO sighting. I am sure a debunker or government official is coming up with a nice swamp gas / flock of geese / atmospheric inversion story to cover. In New Jersey a strange rock like object falls from the sky and the FAA is investigating this case too. The golf ball sized object crashed through a roof top. FAA officials do not know what this object is. In the skies of Colorado, a fireball was observed. Space Command stated they do not know what caused the sky show. Later it was announced a Russian rocket reentered the atmosphere. Funny how the US Space Command can't keep track of objects in space these days. Anyway. Have a great, safe and happy New Year. August 26, 2006: I would like to extend a warm welcome to the new investigators and contributors that have come on board Shadow Research, Inc., over the past year. The organization is growing and with the addition of the Shadow Research Bulletin, it is sure to add value to the research. The Shadow Research, Inc website has been updated and will continue to be updated on a weekly basis or as events happen. Over the summer months there seems to be an increase in animal mutilations and killings. Dogs and cats are being reported cut in half with out any release of blood or drained completely. Veterinarians and officials scratch their heads as they try to fit this unusual activity into a scientific text book "box". Many officials agree that the circumstances are very unusual how the animals end up in this condition but still try to blame it on a person or a wild animal. It seems the minds are still closed. Skyquakes are still being reported to Shadow Research, Inc, but remain closed to many of the news organizations and newspapers. If the reporter do cover the story they usually state that it was just a jet breaking the sound barrier, they know this because the air force told them so. Case closed. ;) Things are not slow. UFOs, mutilations, skyquakes and many other unusual events continue make their presence known. Just when we look into the direction of these occurrences and start to focus on them, the phenomenon seems to shift and we lose the focus. August 14, 2005 This SRI Communiqué is about the Brazilian UFO researchers push towards disclosure of many of the secret documents concerning UFOs. I highlighted just one report that was made available to the researchers. Brazilian UFO researchers gained a victory over the secrecy veil that covered UFO investigations by the Brazilian Air Force. The researchers were invited to view documents concerning several UFO investigations that were carried out by the Brazilian government and several documents were released to the public. This new openness came after several thousand people signed a petition demanding the Brazilian Government come clean on the secret UFO investigations. One of the detailed reports was called Operation Saucer, which occurred in the 1970’s. Here is a brief overview of that report: Small communities in and around the islands started to be attacked by balls of light. At first the balls of lights would move very close to the people of the communities, and the people thought they were harmless. Then the balls of light started to chase and follow people and shoot them with a laser type beam. The laser would hit the person in the body and knock them unconscious. The unconsciousness might last for minutes, hours or sometimes many days. When the people who were hit by the laser found they had lost blood from their system. In June/July 1977 the activity became so intense that the people could not even venture outside with out being chased down and shot at by these glowing globes of light. The people wanted their government to do something about the situation, so the Brazilian government asked the Brazilian Air Force to help. The report went on to say that there were many people that disappeared during these episodes and the military said there were intelligence behind the objects the people were seeing. Three goals were set up by the Brazilian Air Force concerning these experiences. Goal 1: Talk to people and collect as much information as possible concerning the lights. Goal 2: During the night document the activity. Take pictures of the lights. At first nothing would show up on film. The United States gave assistance to the investigation by giving the Brazilian Air Force a special camera that could be used to photograph the lights.) Goal 3: Make contact with the intelligences behind the lights. This did happen and when it did the Brazilian Air Force shut down the project. Operation Saucer contains over 2000 pages and many photographs of the lights that chased the people through out their community. There were many other documents released with this disclosure in Brazil, but there remains much more that still remains secret. Congratulations to all those that were involved with the disclosure project in Brazil, to the researchers that kept pushing and to the public who gave their signatures. Until next time. March 5, 2005 Ok, everyone has had something to say about Peter Jennings ABC report on UFOs Seeing is Believing, so I will forward my two cents. The first hour of the show had promise, the second hour went south very quickly. The whole report was nothing more than bad journalism, reporting that is a little less than high school standard. I found some of the comments very offensive and degrading to the viewing public. No hats off from me. Meteor type sightings are still being reported, I will be updating this area of the Shadow Research website with new reports. Some of the sightings that will be listed are current ones, others are some archived from the 1950's through the 1970's. Shadow Research, Inc., will be debuting "The Shadow Transmissions", this month (March 2005) and will include audio reports of unusual activity we have been investigating. The formats currently will be in Real Audio and Windows Media Player, MP3 streaming will begin in April. So if you have an interesting story or report and would like to be included on The Shadow Transmissions show drop us an email. Watch for the new addition to the website concerning Arizona. We have people investigating many unusual things taking place there, and we hope to upload this information in a couple of weeks. Trust me, the information is very interesting! November 17, 2004 This year has proved to be the most productive year for Shadow Research, Inc. We have received many reports ranging from UFOs, secret projects and abductions as well as many inquiries from individuals to work in a cooperative effort with research in various fields. Our hotline is receiving calls weekly for more information about Shadow Research, Inc and also to report unusual lights in the sky, abductions or just to share a story. I appreciate all the good comments and the openness in which you have shown when sharing your information with myself and our staff, and with out you much of this would not be possible. Many people and organizations that may are currently in the study of UFOs and other unusual events would agree with me when I say that the activity level is only increasing rather than dwindling. The sightings and those reporting them are becoming more detailed and exotic in nature and scope. I think that the future holds many new nuggets of information that will show itself through the reports of unusual occurrences, and with your help we will document them and investigate as needed. In closing, please consider sending a report to us or just dropping a note with a suggestion or comment.
